Program Goals
- Provide an educational opportunity to identify potential and current leaders to develop leadership skills.
- Educate protenal and current leaders as to the many positive aspects of our county, as well as the aspects of our county that need improvement.
- Increase the pool of volunteers to serve on various commissions, committees, government agencies, and other volunteer and community organizations.
- Assist in the enhancement of Scott County’s economic development and growth.
- Promote tourism and the preservation of our heritage while maintaining our excellent quality of life.
